L’extérieur, où prédominent une belle terrasse, un coin repas, un espace détente, évoque un style "Charentais" propice
aux apéros en famille et entre amis ! Dans les trois locations, pour faciliter votre emménagement et vous éviter les courses urgentes,
il est mis gracieusement à votre disposition quelques ingrédients de
première nécessité:
(Sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre, épices, sucre, thé et café, papier
toilette, lessive, produits d'entretien, éponge etc...).
- Contrat de location obligatoire envoyé par émail - acompte de 30% à la réservation ( annulation gratuite jusqu'à 3 semaines avant votre arrivée ). -CHÈQUES VACANCES ACCEPTES

Located in the heart of the seaside resort of Ronce-Les-Bains, you will find all the amenities and beach within walking distance.
The exterior, where a large terrace, a dining area and a relaxation area predominate, evokes a "Charentais" style, ideal for aperitifs with family and friends!
In the 3 rentals, in order to facilitate your move-in and to avoid urgent shopping, you will be provided with a few essential ingredients: (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, spices, sugar, tea and coffee, milk, toilet paper, detergent, cleaning products, sponge, etc...).
